RIGHT OF REFUND

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you still have 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. You will only be responsible for the costs of returning the item from home to the online shop. These costs are approximately $25 per package. You can find the exact prices on your carrier's website. If you now make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Warm Homes Life with all accessories supplied and - as far as reasonable - in its original condition and in the original packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at  support@warmhomeslife.com We will then refund you the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good condition.

The products must of course not have been used, washed or worn. If the product or packaging is damaged, we can absorb this loss in value of the product

Send an email to support@warmhomeslife.com  with the reason for the return + a tracking code and an order or invoice number. The refund will be made by bank transfer after acknowledging the reason for the return.
