SHIPPING TERMS

How Do We Ship?

To keep our prices competitive, we ship directly from our supplier. This eliminates unnecessary storage, transport, and packaging costs, allowing us to pass those savings on to you.

Since we ship straight from the source, our average delivery time to UK is 8 to 15 business days.

Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time is a combination of two main factors:

  1. Processing Time (1-4 Business Days):
  • Order confirmation
  • Adjustments
  • Quality control
  • Packaging
  1. Shipping Time (7-11 Business Days):
  • Orders placed before 07:00 PM – UK Time – will begin processing the same day.
  • Deliveries are handled Monday to Friday.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • UK: 8-15 business days (standard shipping)

Note: Delivery times exclude potential customs duties or delays. High-demand periods like Christmas or Black Friday may extend delivery windows.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

For a limited time, we’re offering free standard shipping to Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States as a thank-you for shopping with us!

Where’s My Package?

Once your order is packed and handed off to our delivery partner, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Simply visit our tracking page, enter your order details, and get real-time updates on your package’s journey.

For faster delivery, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. If you encounter any issues or have questions, our support team is here to help.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

Damaged Products:

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely, but accidents happen. If your product is damaged during transit, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement arrives damaged, we’ll issue a full refund.

Lost Packages:

In rare cases of lost shipments, we’ll send a new package to ensure you receive your order.

Customs Duties:

Since July 1, 2021, some packages may be subject to import duties. While this rarely occurs, please contact us if you encounter additional charges, and we’ll assist you.

Unclaimed Packages:

If a package is returned to our supplier due to being unclaimed at a post office or missed delivery attempts, a £25 fee may be deducted from your refund.

Why Is My Tracking Not Working?

It may take 1-2 business days for the shipping company to update the tracking details. Please allow some time for the system to refresh.
